DynaCharge Laser has partnered with a print management software developer to maximize the quality & input of information for your devices; this in turn makes billing more accurate & less downtime for your equipment or users. We have also integrated an online ordering system for supplies and equipment through our online ordering system. All page counts are collected & processed for billing & analysis to best run your print environment while keeping costs low.

The primary capabilities supported by our print management software are dispatching, tracking and maintaining history of all printer assets, fully integrated invoicing and incidence reporting, alerting if service level agreement thresholds are exceeded, client on-line access to print count and servicing information.

Our software maintains all customer data, including printing and imaging assets in each physical location, and all relevant customer contact information by location.
